I didn’t grow up in an office. I grew up on a potato farm in Idaho — the kind of place where the job isn’t done when the clock runs out… it’s done when the work is finished.

From the time I could walk, I was in a tractor. I learned that a handshake matters. That showing up matters. That the work you do when nobody's watching is what defines you.

That mindset carried me through two decades in the excavation world — from running underground gas lines for Dominion Energy, to managing $30M+ utility crews, to being the guy they called when nobody else could figure out how to get the job done.

After 20 years building other people’s companies, I started Renegade Properties — with nothing in my pocket but a fierce drive and a few worn-down machines. Today, we’re known across Salt Lake and Olympus Cove for one thing:
